WINEMAKING PROCESS AND VINTAGE
Grape varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano and Syrah
A regional wine from Extremadura
How it is made: Cold maceration for 10-12 days, alcoholic fermentation at 14.5ºC and delestage fermentation to extract a deeper colour.
Ageing period: This young red wine is aged for 3 months in 500 litre French oak barrels (fine grain and medium toast) made of wood from the Allier forest.
This red wine is perfect with paella and rice dishes, cheeses and meats.
Serving temperature: 15- 18ºC
Deeply-coloured with shades of violet and mauve characteristic of a young red wine and an indication of a quality blend of its four varieties of grapes.
Great aromatic intensity in which the presence of fruits such as plums, blackberries and raspberries predominate. These aromas indicate that the grapes were harvested at an optimum stage of maturity.
