WINEMAKING PROCESS AND VINTAGE
Grape varieties: Tempranillo and Petit Verdot
A regional wine from Extremadura
How it is made: Some of the juice is bled off following cold maceration and then controlled alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 13ºC in 10,000 litre stainless steel vats.
This rosé wine is perfect with all kinds of soft cheeses and goat's cheeses, all types of mushrooms, Spanish omelette, rice dishes and pasta, and grilled bluefin tuna steaks.
Serving temperature: 9- 10ºC
A clear rosé wine which is bright ruby red with shades of fuchsia pink.
This wine has complex aromas. A mixture of fruit aromas: strawberry, raspberry and cherry at first, followed by hints of cranberry, sloe and redcurrant, and elegant floral notes of violet and magnolia.
Unctuous and voluminous on the palate, this wine is well-balanced in the mouth. The aromas found on the nose are reflected in its retronasal aromas, and its lingering flavour inspires you to drink more of it.
